Hey guys, I’m Adam levi.

Coach. Father. Founder of AlphaDads.

I’m a personal fitness and health coach with over 3,000 sessions under my belt, and a deep passion for helping people transform their bodies, minds, and lives.

Over the past 4 years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching hundreds of individuals through powerful transformations — from building strength and improving mobility to reshaping body composition and, most importantly, boosting confidence and self-belief.

During my time as a health and fitness coach, I became a Dad. It shifted my own personal perspective, motivation, and goals around my own health. It became about showing up with greater energy, presence, and capacity for my family. About setting an example for my kids so they grow up valuing movement, health, and chasing after what lights them up.

My philosophy.

As a coach, I look for patterns — movement patterns, mindset loops, self-talk, and habits that either serve us or hold us back. One pattern I’ve seen time and again?
Busy dads putting their health last.

They bury themselves in work, carry the pressure to provide, and constantly put their family’s needs ahead of their own — often at the cost of their vitality, confidence, and purpose.

That’s why I created AlphaDads — it’s a mindset shift. A lifestyle reset. It’s about realising that in order to truly provide, protect, and lead, we have to become the strongest version of ourselves — physically, mentally, emotionally.

When we thrive, our families thrive. And there’s no better lesson we can teach our kids than to watch their dad go after life with purpose and fire.

I’m obsessed with human potential — how we move, how we think, and how we can shape our lives from the inside out. I study mindset, psychology, and performance daily, and truly believe that whatever we can clearly visualise, we can create in our physical reality.

Our health is a privilege. And when we honour it, we show up in every area of life with more vitality, clarity, and power.

That’s my mission — to help people, especially Dads, unlock their optimal level of health.

Pillars of my work.

Training

I have found a love for training that acts as a cornerstone of my overall well-being. The physical benefits are well documented, but it’s the mental and emotional benefits I’m passionate about sharing. It’s a catalyst for growth in so many areas of life and I want others to experience the same benefits I’ve had. Increased self-confidence, self-esteem, and resilience knowing that you choose and can conquer the road less travelled. 

Nutrition

I’ve discovered first-hand that food is medicine, having struggled with gut health issues and through changes to my diet (largely thanks to my beautiful wife), I have found that I have greater energy, a healthier gut microbiome, and a much healthier relationship with food and alcohol. This has had a profound effect on my overall well-being.

Mindset and mindfulness 

This is the big shift; the power of mindset is the ability to alter our health in a dramatic and lasting way. By creating space for mindfulness, changing our thought patterns and our self-talk, we can start to see huge changes in every aspect of our lives. Our thoughts create our reality.
